Unless otherwise noted on the course page, you’ll have lifetime access to your training materials. That means you can start, pause, revisit, and repeat lessons at your own pace, anytime you want. Whether you’re working on a new puppy now or refreshing skills down the road, your content will always be there when you need it.

3. Can I download the videos or course content?

Most courses include:

• Streaming video lessons you can watch anytime through your account

• Downloadable worksheets, trackers, and checklists to support your training
  For copyright and content protection reasons, full videos typically aren’t downloadable, but you’ll have unlimited streaming access as long as you have an account. All downloadable resources will be clearly marked.

4. Can I use the course or e-book for multiple dogs?

Yes! All of our courses and e-books are designed to help you become a savvy, confident dog parent — which means the tools you learn can be applied to more than one dog. Whether you’ve got one pup or a whole pack, you can reuse the material as many times as you’d like. Just make sure each dog gets individual time and attention while training — every pup is unique!

7. Can I gift a course or e-book to someone else?

Absolutely — what better gift than knowledge (and better behaved pups)? 🎁
To gift a course or e-book:

• Simply purchase it as usual

• Then email us with the recipient’s name, email, and a message (optional)
  We’ll make sure they receive a custom message with access instructions. Perfect for birthdays, gotcha days, holidays, or welcoming a new pup home!

8. Are the courses live or pre-recorded?

Most NayNays Puppers courses are pre-recorded, which means you can learn whenever it works best for your schedule. Each module is broken down into short, easy-to-digest sections so you can train in small chunks or binge-watch them all at once.
We may occasionally offer live workshops, Q&As, or bonus sessions, which will be clearly noted on the course page. If live features are included, you'll be notified in advance with dates and joining details.

9. What if I’m not satisfied with the course or e-book?

We want every student to be happy and every pup to succeed. Because digital content is instantly delivered, our courses and e-books are non-refundable by default. However, if you’re having trouble accessing the material, feel it wasn’t what you expected, or believe there’s been an issue with your order, please reach out. We’re always happy to review your case and do what we can to help make it right.

10. Will I get a certificate when I finish a course?

Some of our courses include a fun Certificate of Completion, perfect for printing and showing off your pup’s progress (and your own dedication!).
Certificates are offered for certain milestone courses or full-length programs — if one is included, it will be clearly listed on the course description page. Even if a course doesn’t come with a formal certificate, you’ll walk away with real skills you can proudly use every day.
